Independent Living

Milner Village is a community of independent and self-sustaining living options for older adults. The community is designed for active retired people 60 years of age and older. Milner Village offers residents an independent living environment without the worry of many day-to-day responsibilities.

Milner Village consists of 16 units, each being a two-bedroom unit with 1050 square feet of living space. Each living unit is furnished with appliances, water softener, salt, and miniblinds. The unit also comes with an attached one-car garage.

Types of units available:

1. 2 bedroom, 1 bath which was the original ones.

2. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath.

3. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath and sunroom addition.

Village residents are responsible for normal living expenses such as utilities, cable TV, phone, etc. Milner will cover the cost of water softener salt, grounds care (mowing and snow removal) and weekly trash pick-up. The Village also offers a community building for residents to use, with exercise equipment, beauty shop and lounge areas.

Milner Payment Options Available:
1. Buy in contracts available.
2. A monthly rental agreement.
