Our Full Care Facility is designed to provide a wide range of care options for those who are in need of 24 hour assistance. Our team is highly trained, extremely caring and ready to provide your loved one with the top notch care that he or she deserves and you would expect from a quality full care facility.
Requirements for Full Care
A resident may qualify for this level of care if supervision or direct assistance is needed in one or more of the following:
- A significant change in condition.
- Daily recording of the kind and amounts of fluid and solids, intake and output.
- Direct assistance with the administration of oxygen.
- Supervision and direct assistance on a daily basis to ensure that physician prescribed medication is taken correctly.
- Requires 24 hour supervision.
- Direct assistance with turning or repositioning every 2-4 hours to prevent skin breakdown.
- Requires passive range of motion exercise on a daily basis.
- Inability to feed self.
- Inability to transfer self from a bed or chair.
- Inability to change clothes.
- Inability to bathe.
- Inability to manage bowel or bladder function.
- Inability to ambulate or self propel a wheelchair.
