I graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Psychology and went on to receive an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. I obtained my Nursing Home Administrator license in 1991. I have been in the nursing home industry for 30 years. As the Administrator, I oversee all aspects of the nursing home, assisted living and independent living including regulatory compliance. I also manage all financial aspects of the facility.
