Having a good working relationship with the nursing management, as well as all other departments is important to me. Management that is approachable, have good communication sills and ready to do the right thing in every situation. Having good relationships like this improves the desire to perform job duties well. I feel we are given goals to work towards, the tools to perform our job tasks, and the inspiration to show up everyday to care for our residents. There is a positive atmosphere for staff, as well as our residents and their families.”
